Returns
We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With all original tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including:
• Digital products, downloads, templates, and educational materials
• DTF transfers, UV DTF, custom prints, and made‑to‑order items
• Personalized or custom designed products
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Personal care items (beauty, wellness, hygiene products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Digital products and custom items remain non‑refundable, even under EU law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing may take up to 10 business days
• Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund
